TURBOTECT GAS TURBINE COMPRESSOR CLEANER 2020. WATER BASED, FOR ON-LINE AND OFF-LINE USE.

TURBOTECT 2020 is a superior quality, water-based, gas turbine compressor cleaner designed for both ON LINE and OFF LINE applications. It provides extremely high cleaning performance that is comparable to solvent-based products. The product has been specially designed to address the types of fouling commonly found in today’s gas turbines, where deposits are typically compact mixtures of various salts with urban and industrial pollutants, hydrocarbons, and other carbonaceous materials. TURBOTECT 2020 is a low-foaming product, and the wash fluid may be used cold or hot.

The ash-free ingredients in TURBOTECT 2020 have been carefully selected to ensure that no incremental contamination of the gas turbine hot section can occur. The product also tincluding the modern high-output models, and can be used in any plant location around the world. TURBOTECT 2020 includes specially selected inhibitors to ensure compatibility with aluminum, magnesium, nickel, nickel-cadmium, stainless steel, titanium and common coatings including painted surfaces and elastomers.

TURBOTECT 2020 conforms to MIL-PRF-85704C specification for Type II (OFF LINE) and Type III (ON LINE) aqueous cleaner concentrates. It also meets the most stringent specification requirements set by the major gas turbine manufacturers.

Ecological information: According to EPA 40 CFR 796.3100 “Aquatic Aerobic Biodegradation” test criteria, TURBOTECT 2020 will undergo rapid and ultimate biodegradation in aerobic aquatic environments, also known as “ready biodegradability”.

• TURBOTECT 2020 is available in non-returnable polyethylene drums containing 208 liters / 55 US gallons of product.
